(Epic Games Mega Grant) Student Created XR Content
In 2020, my high school was awarded an Epic Games Mega Grant for the purpose of instituting opportunities for students to create XR content. The goal of the initiative is to bring together student artists and programmers to create educational XR content for a K-12 learning environment. Check back here for progress on the project.

K-12 Computer Science Curriculum
I elected to create a computer science curriculum for the K-12 private school where I worked as a middle school and high school science teacher. The curriculum consists of grade level content bands that focus K-2 computation thinking, 3-5 Robotics and Automation, 6-8 Programming in Python, and 9-12 front end web development via an Introduction to CS and AP Computer Science Principles Course.

Differentiation with Gamification
While getting my Gifted and Talented Instructors certification, one idea stuck out from the others. It was simply that every student engages in curriculum at a different time and level. After many iterations, gamification became a key mechanism for implementing the differentiated structure. I created templates that can be applied to any storyline or content area. I am in the process of revamping the tutorial guide to help teachers implement my resources into their classroom with ease.
